Happy Birthday Aisy!

Our Aisy girl turned 2! We celebrated with family (Auntie Sashy and Papa Phil) were out visiting. Jenna made Aislinn a butterfly cake to go with our fairy girl's Tinkerbell themed party. A great time was had by all!

Our birthday girl sporting her pony tails. (It is only recently that she is allowing her hair to get done. They last for about 15 minutes though)

Aislinn opening her new Bell Bell sheets and comforter. We are making the transition to a big girl bed and are sure these will help!

Not sure who enjoyed the Tinkerbell dress more?

Make a wish!

Baby Bean's Announcement Photos

We hope you have all received Damara's announcement by now! If not, it should be there any day. Auntie Audra was on the job again to help us get the pictures. It was pretty comical behind the scenes. Damara started to get scrunchy and fussy, so Mommy had to feed her in the tree so she would fall back asleep. There was a picture of that, but we will spare you all the details! For those of you that were asking, Yep, Demi was hanging in the tree. We started to sing the lullaby "Rock-a-bye baby" when she got squirmy and then got to the last line of the song and promptly stopped realizing that it ends badly! With a little photo enhancing here and there we got a great finished product and love it! Thanks again Auntie, this is one of our favorites to date!

Monkey See, Monkey Do

Jenna went to the Dr. yesterday to get a check up. When her turn came up, Aislinn refused to stay in the waiting room with Bryan and threw a royal tantrum. So in she went with Jenna. When the time came time for Jenna to strip down, Aislinn decided it was a good idea to do the same. She took off her shirt like Mommy. Needless to say we were all cracking up and the Dr. was such a good sport that she checked Aisy's belly too!

Mommy and Aisy happy to report a clean bill of health!

Baby Bean Gets Squeaky Clean

Baby girl finally got her first bath. Sponge baths only work for so long! For the most part she enjoyed bathtime and the warm water.

Go Coyotes!

We have been trying to get to a hockey game for forever. We finally got tickets to go to the Coyotes vs. Kings game. It was a blast! The Coyotes won 6 to 3 and gave the kings a run for their money! It was an exciting game and even Aislinn enjoyed herself. She had plenty of popcorn and pretzels to keep her occupied. Damara slept the entire time and wasn't even phased by the loud music or fog horns. A great time was had by all!

Here is one wild and crazy Coyotes fan. This is how Demi spent the game!

Our Little Christmas Elf

Auntie Audra got some really cute pictures of our little Demi. Grandma Nanny made the adorable little hat. Here is our little Christmas Elf at 3 weeks old!

Christmas Festivities

It has been a bit of whirlwind these past few weeks in the McCoy household. Damara is now 3 weeks old, Jenna finished up her finals and is finally recovering & resting. We spent time prepping for Christmas and enjoying time with family for the holiday. What a great time of year. A few days before Con's break started, his school had a Christmas performance. It was a fun way to kick off the Christmas holiday. We spent lots of time with family and had a sugar cookie decorating party and on Christmas Eve decorated gingerbread houses and watched "Merry Christmas Mr. Bean" (a family tradition). Here are some of the pictures from our festivities! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday too!

Con decided to have some cookie with his sprinkles

Aislinn decorating her gingerbread house (thank you honey maid for making gingerbread flavored graham crackers this year, they were perfect)

Bryan decided to make a gingerbread brothel. We won't show what the gummy bears are doing here, but will leave that to your imagination (this is a family blog after all)

Cousin/Neice Sienna made a gingerbread Starbucks complete with a drive-thru and gummy bear car

Jenna decided to design a gingerbread interior
